Project Overview
The Canal Asia dance cultural exchange event was hosted by the French Embassy, bringing together dance artists from Asia and Europe to promote cross-cultural artistic dialogue through performances and workshops. As the event coordinator, I was responsible for the preliminary communication and coordination between the Chinese and French parties, as well as on-site execution support, ensuring the smooth running of the event with over 200 participants.
Project Background
The event was initiated by the Cultural Service of the French Embassy, with the aim of promoting exchange and collaboration between Asian and European dance artists. The project involved bilingual communication in Chinese and French, multi-party coordination, and reception of foreign guests, requiring preliminary preparations and on-site execution support to be completed within a short timeframe.

Preliminary Coordination
